Acquisti da siti inglesi e Brexit: quando si paga la dogana

A livello doganale, chiunque compri su un sito inglese a partire dal 1° gennaio 2021 dovrà considerare il proprio acquisto al pari di uno effettuato su un e-commerce americano o cinese. Per quanto riguarda lo specifico il Regno Unito, i dazi si  applicheranno solo alle transazioni che superano le 135 sterline (circa 147 euro).

Per tutti i pacchi e i pacchetti spediti in Italia che non superano tale cifra, pur rimanendo soggetti ai controlli alla frontiera, non si dovrà pagare la dogana.

In generale la qualificazione tecnica dell’operazione di scambio sarà quella di esportazione verso un Paese Terzo e, pertanto, assoggettabile all’art. 8, D.P.R. n. 633/72. Tuttavia l’Accordo sottoscritto a dicembre, con cui è stato scongiurato il tanto temuto “no deal”, nonostante ci siano dei passi ancora da concludere, va a mitigare le conseguenze dell’uscita dell’UK dall’Unione Europea, rispetto ad una Brexit senza accordo.
